MyMatrix ("the App," "we," "our," or "us") is a personal productivity tool that helps you prioritize tasks using an Eisenhower matrix. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Account information (via Google Sign-In)

MyMatrix includes an optional feature that opens a pre-filled Google Calendar event in a new browser tab. This feature works by constructing a URL with your task details and opening it in Google's own interface. We do not access, read, or store any data from your Google Calendar. You review and save (or discard) the event yourself in Google Calendar.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your data in Supabase is protected by Row-Level Security (RLS), which enforces at the database level that you can only access your own records — not those of any other user. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, though no system is 100% secure.
We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. If you would like your account and all associated data deleted, contact us at aaronmfaust@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.

MyMatrix is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify active users directly.
